Return and Refund Policy
At Let's Share, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ve created a simple and transparent return policy. Here’s everything you need to know:
Returns within 14 Days
You have 14 days after receiving your order to inform us that you wish to return your product.
Once the return is accepted, you will have another 7 days to send it back to us.
The product must be unused, intact, in its original sealed packaging, for hygiene reasons.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless:

The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Non-returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

Opened or used products.

Customized or made-to-order products.

Pre-order products, if specified on the product page.
However, even outside the warranty, feel free to reach out to us. We never leave anyone without a response.
Non-refundable Pre-orders
When you place an order for a pre-order item, you are contributing to the development and production of our innovation. No refunds are possible during the development phase.
If you wish to cancel your pre-order before shipment, we offer a store credit equivalent to the total amount of your order, which can be used for another product on our site.
Returns After Delivery (For Pre-orders)
Once your pre-order has been delivered, you can return the product at your own cost within 14 days of receipt.
For the return to be eligible, the product must be:

Customized products (size, color, etc.) are not eligible for returns, unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Responsibility for Lost Packages
For returns, you are responsible for the package until it is received at our facilities. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure proper delivery of the return.
Exchanges for Defective Products
If the product you received is defective or does not match your order, we will offer you an exchange or replacement. You can report any issues within 7 days of receiving your product.
