From Challenge to Innovation: My Story
My Beginnings
My name is Derek, and my journey hasn’t always been simple. I dropped out of school at 13, and I experienced life on the streets, in shelters, and even in juvenile detention centers. In those places, we weren’t taught how to become “good people,” and from very early on, I had to build myself up on my own. I found companions in misfortune and fell into alcohol and drugs as a way to escape a reality that felt too heavy to bear.
The Turning Point
At 25, I began my transition. For the first time, I felt aligned with myself — comfortable in my own skin. Sports helped me find balance and strength, and little by little, I no longer needed substances to feel good in my body and mind. At 28, I put an end to those excesses once and for all. I no longer needed to escape — I needed to build.
The Birth of Let’s Share
In 2020, I laid the first concrete foundation of the Let’s Share project. Over the past three years, despite health challenges, I kept moving forward and carried it through to completion. Today, I draw strength from my past: every hardship I endured forged me into someone with a will of steel.
With my partners, I always felt the same frustration: no strap-on or prosthetic ever offered true shared pleasure. The wearer remained apart from the sensations. Yet in intimacy, nothing makes sense if pleasure isn’t shared.
That’s how the idea for Let’s Share was born: to invent the first patented strap-ons, designed to respond to movements and transform every gesture into sensations experienced together. Innovative, ergonomic, and inclusive, they bring a whole new experience — a sexuality where you truly feel connected to your partner.
My Vision
With Let’s Share, my ambition is clear: to change the rules of the game.
I want everyone to experience intimacy that is freer, more equal, and more authentic.
And if there’s one message I want to share beyond this project, it’s this: we all have a strength within us, waiting to be revealed. If I was able to turn my story into a driving force, then so can you — have the courage, and believe in yourself.
