1. Seller identity

The online store Let's Share sàrl, registered in the commercial register of Sion under number CH-626.4.022.879-4, with its registered office at Arbaz, represented by Derek Genoud.

2. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) govern sales made on the website lets-share-group.com. They define the contractual rights and obligations between the seller and any person making a purchase.
Placing an order implies full acceptance of these TCS.

3. Products

The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy.
Each product is handcrafted. Slight variations in color or texture may occur and do not constitute a defect.

4. Prices

Product prices are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF), all taxes included, excluding possible shipping costs.

For the convenience of international customers, an application may display prices in other currencies (EUR, USD, etc.). These conversions are provided for information purposes only.

In case of a difference between the price displayed in a foreign currency and the amount in CHF, only the amount in CHF is binding and will be used for billing and payment processing.

The seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rate in effect at the time of the order.

5. Orders

Any order placed on the site implies acceptance of these TCS.
The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order from a customer in case of prior dispute or suspected fraud.

6. Pre-orders & PremiumPass Code

Some products are available only through pre-order due to high demand and limited production capacity.
By validating a pre-order, the customer acknowledges and accepts that:

  • The estimated delivery times are 12 to 20 weeks and may vary.

  • Orders are fulfilled in the chronological order of pre-orders.

  • The PremiumPass code is strictly reserved for customers who pre-ordered between 2024.06.03 and 2025.09.09.

  • This code entitles the holder to receive the exact equivalent in product(s) corresponding to the initial pre-order.
    👉 Example: if one product was pre-ordered, only one product will be fulfilled in the final order.

  • Any order containing more products than the registered pre-order will be adjusted or automatically cancelled, even if the system initially applied the discount.

7. Payment

Payments are made by credit card, PayPal, or any other secure method offered on the site.
Payment is charged at the time of the order, including pre-orders.

8. Delivery

Deliveries are made to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.

  • For products in stock, shipping is usually carried out within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • For pre-orders, the estimated delivery time is 12 to 20 weeks from order confirmation.

  • Pre-orders are fulfilled in chronological order of placement: the earlier the pre-order, the sooner it will be prepared and shipped.

⚠️ The stated delivery times are indicative and may occasionally vary in case of high demand, peak periods (e.g. holidays), or circumstances beyond the seller’s control.

The seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, strikes, or any event beyond their control.

9. Right of withdrawal and returns

In accordance with applicable legislation, sex toys and intimate hygiene products are excluded from the right of withdrawal once the packaging has been opened, for health and hygiene reasons.

Returns are only accepted if the product is:

  • in its original packaging,

  • unopened, intact, and sealed,

  • accompanied by proof of purchase.

No return or refund will be accepted if the product has been opened, used, or removed from its original packaging.

10. Refund policy

Refund conditions are detailed in the Refund Policy available on the website.

11. Warranties

All products benefit from the legal warranties of conformity and hidden defects provided for under applicable consumer and civil codes.

12. Liability

The seller cannot be held liable:

  • in case of misuse of the product,

  • in case of negligence or lack of maintenance by the customer,

  • for normal wear and tear of the product.

13. Personal data

The personal data collected is necessary for order processing and customer relations. It is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.

14. Applicable law & jurisdiction

These TCS are governed by Swiss.
In case of dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the competent court will be that of the seller’s registered office, unless otherwise provided by law.

15. Primacy of the French version

In the event of discrepancies between the French version and a translation, the French version shall prevail.
