Shipping policy

Processing times

All orders are prepared and shipped to the address provided at checkout.

  • For products in stock, shipping is usually carried out within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • For pre-orders, the estimated shipping time is 12 to 20 weeks from order confirmation.

⚠️ Processing times may occasionally vary in case of high demand, peak seasons, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping order

Pre-orders are fulfilled in chronological order: the earlier the pre-order, the sooner it will be processed.

Shipping methods

We work with different carriers depending on the destination (e.g. La Poste, DHL, UPS, etc.).
Shipping fees and options are displayed at checkout.

Order tracking

A tracking number will be sent by email once the order has been shipped, allowing the customer to track their parcel.

Shipping zones

We ship from Switzerland and France to: Europe, North America, South America, Canada, the United Kingdom, and other international destinations available at the time of order.
Some countries may be excluded due to customs or logistical restrictions.

If an order is permanently blocked at customs and cannot be delivered, the seller will issue a full refund of the amount paid.
⚠️ However, if the blockage or return is due to the customer’s refusal to pay customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees, no refund will be granted.

Delays & liability

The stated delivery times are indicative. The seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, strikes, or any event beyond their control.
